Yes, just when you put in the reservation a window with your flight info will pop up and you will be given the option to be inside with a sign or curbside pick up.
Curbside pick up means outside the terminal.
Your driver will text you at your arrival with the car details.
The best option is request for meet & greet inside or you can use airport Wi-Fi, otherwise it can be very difficult.

Yes when you place your reservation you have the option to request rear or forward facing, and the cost is $25 for each child seat.
Yes your driver and our dispatcher are monitoring your flight permanently for that reason it is very important to place your flight info in your reservation.
For the international flights it is 60 minutes, for domestic flights it is 45 minutes.
Our system only permits the reservation to be taken within 9 hours in advance.
Yes you can cancel, however cancellation just before the ride will charge the full transfer cost. For luxury sedans and SUVs cancellation must be done at least 6 hours (for NYC customer) and 12 hours (for non-NYC customers) ago, for executive sprinters and sprinter jet vans cancellation must be done at least 72 hours ago. Else a cancellation charge will be applied.
